Mainny Badges offers personalized badge designs. This notice applies to badges purchased for collection, display, commemorative, educational, theatrical, or other lawful purposes. A product's availability on this website does not establish that its purchase, import, possession, or use is permitted in every location.

No Official Authority

Purchasing or possessing a badge from Mainny does not confer police powers, government status, a security licence, employment credentials, or permission to act on behalf of an organization. A design, title, name, or number on a badge is not proof of appointment, authorization, or official endorsement.

Anyone intending to use a badge professionally must have the necessary authorization from the relevant employer, agency, or licensing authority and comply with applicable rules.

No Impersonation or Misrepresentation

Badges must not be used to impersonate a police officer, government employee, security professional, or any other person or role you are not authorized to represent. Do not use a badge to mislead others, obtain restricted access, demand compliance, intimidate someone, or claim powers or privileges you do not have.

Check the Rules Where You Are
